STUDENTS' COUNCIL.

At St. Mark's teachers college Kigari, students' council is the central students governing body and serves as a communication channel among the Students, the Departments and the Administration. The council members are normally elected into office upon application, thorough vetting and eventually elected by the students' body. The council assists in the general running of the college and more so maintaining order and cleanliness at all times.
