The Mathematics Department is headed by Mr. Nahasaon Ng'ang'a Mwangi.

Mathematics contributes immensely to the basic knowledge of an individual. It is instrumental in developing concentration, patience, and reasoning skills needed to derive solutions to our everyday life challenges.

During the P1 training, it was an optional subject, but with the Competency Based Curriculum, every teacher trainee is expected to take Mathematics to equip them with the necessary skills to teach in the primary level.
