St. Mark's Teachers College Kigari
Ability, Responsibility, Maturity
James N. Muguna
Chief Principal
On behalf of the Board of management of St. Mark's Teachers College Kigari, I would like to welcome you to our College website. It is with humbling humility that I present
this platform as a sheer window through which the world can peer through and have a glimpse of who we are, what we do and share in our aspirations.
Our institution is the oldest Anglican established in Eastern Kenya, having been opened in 1910 by the Church Missionary Society. By Gods grace and favor we have grown strand by strand to become a force to reckon in the field of teacher education.
The teachers trained in our college are scattered throughout the republic of Kenya and beyond, and many of them have risen to high positions in the public and private sectors.
Individuals and groups have attended a wide range of in-service courses supported by many sponsors over the years. Our corporate social responsibilities
include radiating our influence to our neighboring community and transcend our national boundaries and reach as many worldwide. We thank God for the contribution of all those men and women, from far and near, whose devotion and dedication to duty will always be remembered having rendered their services prayerfully, diligently and conscientiously.
We value your feedback, so feel free to share with us as we pursue greater achievements in the future by Gods abundant grace.
God bless our college.
God bless us all.
